As an accredited ‘GL International Centre of Excellence’ (one of only 6 schools globally to hold this prestigious accolade), we run a full suite of GL assessments each academic year from Year 1 upwards. These assessments provide an age standardised score compared to all students born in the same month and year who sit them globally. This provides us with accurate information about the potential, progress and attainment of our students.
An ‘average’ score for a student who is attaining in line with their age-related expectations is 100.
We are proud that TES students consistently score significantly higher than the globally standardised average. You can see a breakdown of our average scores for each assessment from last academic year below.
