Welcome to TES EDUcamp
EDUcamp is The English School’s holiday club programme for children who want an active, educational, social, and well-structured camp during the school break, with a balance of games, sports, creative STEAM activities, team challenges, and off-site trips, where scheduled. It’s designed to be fun first, but also purposeful: children build confidence, friendships, independence, and new skills in a safe, supervised environment led by trusted TES staff.
It’s also built for parents: clear timings, straightforward booking, and reliable care you can count on. Places are limited and allocated first-come, first-served, so early sign-up is strongly recommended. Booking is simple: complete the online form → pay on our school payment page → you receive confirmation that your child’s place is secured.

Quick access camp details:
- Year groups: KG to Year 9 (children grouped appropriately with a separate EYFS)
- Timings: 09.30 – 14:30
- Early drop-off: From 08:30. Late pick up : Until 15.30
- What to bring: Healthy packed lunch + water bottle (plus any kit listed for specific days/trips)
- Attire: Comfortable sports clothes + trainers (hat compulsory in the summer dates)
- Lunch rule: No nuts in packed lunches
- Payment: Website payment gateway only – no cash
- Confirmation: A place is confirmed only once payment is received and confirmed
- Limited availability: Early booking advised to avoid disappointment

TES EDUcamp FAQs:
- Q) Can my child bring a friend?
A) Yes. Friends are welcome, but there must be a clear link to TES (e.g., current pupil, sibling of a pupil, or staff child). If you’re unsure, note it on the sign-up form and we’ll confirm eligibility. - Q) I need to pick up my child for an appointment — can I pick up early?
A) Yes, absolutely. Once you receive your payment confirmation, reply to the organiser with the date, time, and reason for early collection so we can have your child ready and signed out safely. - Q) Are your staff trained in First Aid, or will there be a nurse?
A) Yes. We aim to provide a nurse for all camps, and our key staff are appropriately first-aid trained and prepared to respond to incidents. - Q) My child has specific medical needs / allergies / dietary requirements — what should I do?
A) First, make sure your child’s medical file is up to date by contacting the school nurse. Then list all requirements on the sign-up form, and confirm with the organiser (after payment confirmation) that the information has been received and understood. - Q) My child will be observing Ramadan — are there allowances for him/her?
A) Yes. We adapt activities and eating/drinking arrangements to be respectful and practical. Children observing Ramadan will be supported, and we’ll provide alternative arrangements for break times where needed.
