All of the children were involved in a very exciting competition last week. They met on the pre-prep playground to find out that they needed to colour in as many ”AUTUMN” bookmarks as they could in the time allowed. All the staff got involved and were frantically sticking the entries into decorative ”patchwork quilts”. Everyone had great fun, including all the teachers, and the results were extremely close with only three correctly coloured bookmarks separating three houses. In the end Sandringham came out on top earning 100 housepoints but Buckingham were also awarded 100 housepoints too for attractiveness and neatness of their designs. All the houses did very well and are looking forward to the next time they see their teachers sprinting across the playground to get the last few bookmarks stuck down!
