After a very successful Bookmark Competition in Pre-Prep the winners were finally announced in assembly last Thursday. Mrs Gee had the very difficult job of choosing a winner for each house from Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 and this is what she had to say about the competition.
< Thank you for inviting me to judge the bookmark competition- It was such a tough job to choose just one bookmark to win from each class. It was obvious that so many of you had spent lots of care and time on making such beautiful book marks! There were sparkly bookmarks, funny bookmarks, animal bookmarks, story themed bookmarks and brightly coloured bookmarks! Congratulations to all who took part- it was wonderful to see so many of you excited about reading.”
