U13 ISACK Boys Volleyball
TES 2 v 0 ESF
On Tuesday the boys U13 volleyball team played their first game of the season against ESF. Going to ESF is never an easy task, especially when the journey took over an hour due to traffic on the 30! However, this did not put the boys off and they easily won the first set 25-6. The second set was a little tougher and ESF played some good volleyball to make the game a very close affair. At 18-17 TES took control and served the game out. Aman in particular served very well for the team. It was an important victory and TES now move on to the next game against TEA after the half term break.
U13 ISACK Girls Basketball
TES 43 v 0 ESF
TES U13 girls basketball team played ESF in their first game of the season on Tuesday at TES. The girls made a superb start to the game and led 18-0 at the end of the 1st quarter. It was a great start from the girls and it meant that lots of substitutions could be made to give everyone game time. The scoring continued throughout the game and TES were dominant in all areas of the court. Everyone had plenty of time on court, which was great experience for the season, and the girls ran out 43-0 winners at the end of the game. It was particularly impressive that the girls did not concede a point, which is a very good achievement in a basketball game. However, the girls know there is a lot of work to do during the season and bigger tests are to come.
