The week started with the annual KFSAC athletics competition which the TES squad won for the 6th year in a row. It was a tremendous performance and it puts TES way ahead in the overall KFSAC standings. The U13 girls took part in the 2nd girls football competition of the year and came away as champions and to complete an amazing term of sport for TES the girls U13 basketball team beat KES to maintain their 100% record of 5 wins from 5 games. It has been a phenomenal term of sport for TES and everyone involved should be very proud.

In both the Y3/4 and the Y5/6 categories TES reigned supreme and it was no surprise when the results were announced that TES were once again crowned KFSAC athletics champions for a 6th year in a row. 8 schools took part in what was an exciting competition. NES were 2nd, KES 3rd and BSK 4th place. It was a super performance and everyone should be very proud of their efforts and achievements. U13 ISACK Girls Basketball
TES 36 - 8 KES
This week TES took on KES in their final league game of the season. After 4 wins from 4 the girls were confident of victory. The game started well for TES and they went into the lead. However, KES fought back and played some good basketball to stay in the game. Mariam and Aysha in particular performed very well for TES to continue to extend the scoreline. In the 2nd and 3rd quarters the girls started to stretch their lead and produced some good basketball to move well ahead in the game. It was not until the 4th quarter that the squad conceded another point. With a couple of important players missing it was a very good performance from the TES girls. Lana was excellent and stepped up to the mark very well to fill in during the game. The final score ended 36-8 to TES and the girls now head into the semi finals after the spring break as top seeds. Well done girls a super season so far.
U13 ISACK Girls Football Tournament
On Tuesday the girls took part in the 2nd ISACK football tournament of the year. Having been triumphant in the first tournament the girls were hopeful that a high placed finish would win them the overall trophy. The girls played very well winning 2 games and drawing 3. They were solid throughout and worked very hard to remain unbeaten during both tournaments. On the day TEA finished in 1st place but as the girls finished 2nd and won the tournament earlier in November it meant that TES became the champions. A super effort from the girls that completes a fantastic term for our sports teams in all age groups. Well done to all of the squad.
